Initial
The initial phase, known as the feasibility study, helps you determine the viability of your project and decide on the next steps.

Approvals
During the approvals stage, we create a design and documentation package for lodgement with the Council or a package that meets the Exempt and Complying Development Code.

Documentation
During the Construction Documentation and Certification phase, we assist you in creating detailed plans for certification and construction and provide guidance for the builder tender process.

Our advisory services aim to assist you and your builder during construction. We offer guidance, answer inquiries, and provide solutions to any issues that may arise on the construction site.

Anna & Dimitri, of Studio Urbo, are a delightful and professional couple who worked creatively and tirelessly on the renovation of the 2 storey rear section to our Paddington terrace. The 3-D drawings of the design ideas was so helpful to the creative process and Anna was tireless in going through the design options and how they would work for us. Anna was highly efficient and always timely with producing architectural plans. She always made herself available throughout the project for discussion about interior design ideas and for site visits, sometimes at short notice. Without Anna & Dimitri the highly stressful process of renovation would have been overwhelming.
