Terraces on a tiny block

We successfully designed and developed four modern terrace houses on a compact 540 square meter plot. Despite the limited space and the challenge of neighbouring buildings, our team created functional, aesthetically pleasing homes that maximise every inch of the land. Each terrace house is thoughtfully laid out to make the most of the available area. We prioritised open floor plans, efficient storage solutions, and smart design choices, such as a private roof-top open space for every terrace. We seamlessly integrated the building with the surrounding environment, respecting the neighbouring buildings while maintaining a distinct identity. We strategically placed windows and ventilation systems to ensure ample natural light and fresh air throughout each house. Our team’s expertise in architectural design, project management, and problem-solving allowed us to overcome the constraints and deliver exceptional terrace houses that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
